HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

Our slippers are one size fits most. Which means they fit anyone who is size 4US - 12US. The slippers conform to your feet to fit nice and snug.

We ship worldwide! Name the place, we’ll get them there for you.

 

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY YOU GUYS CHARGE?

We ship worldwide, so all of our prices are in USD.
 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Typically, after you place your order online, we will take 2-5 business days to process it. Once your order is processed, we will ship it out. You will receive an email with your tracking number. From there, your package will take another 7-15 business days to arrive. The whole length of time will take anywhere from 15 to 22 business days.

Please note: As we ship worldwide, the above time frame may vary slightly, depending on your location. We ship from our warehouse in China.

 

RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on unworn SnugKicks within 15 days of receiving your purchase. To initiate a refund, please email us at info@snugkicksofficial.com.  Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

CARE

HOW DO I KEEP MY SNUGKICKS CLEAN?

SnugKicks are machine-washable. A front-load washing machine is recommended. Remove laces before washing. Place SnugKicks in a laundry mesh bag or a zippered pillowcase. Wash on gentle/delicate cycle. Air dry.
